隐形车衣又该怎么判断耐不耐高温?

1、PVC(TPH)基材所制作的隐形车衣不耐高温

PVC——聚氯乙烯,也称塑料,稳定性差,耐热性差。温度长期保持在55℃以上会缓慢分解,温度越高,降解速度越快;温度在77~90℃会玻璃化,而100℃以上会产生氯化氢气体,进一步催化分解变色并且物理机械性能下降;故PVC材质隐形车衣在高温情况下很容易内部结构发生改变,性能很不稳定。举例来说:长期被太阳暴晒的水管会变脆、变黄;同理PVC材质的隐形车衣容易变黄,撕膜留胶,有时甚会散发一种奇怪的气味。

2、TPU基材制作的车衣耐高温约120℃,不怕晒

TPU是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,分子结构严密,耐高温,分脂肪族TPU和芳香族TPU两种。聚醚型(芳香族TPU)玻璃化温度为100.6~106.1℃,聚酯型(脂肪族TPU)玻璃化温度为108.9~122.8℃,聚醚型和聚酯型的脆性温度低于-62℃。采用TPU材质制作的车衣要比PVC材质的更加耐高温,而其中高质量的TPU基材(脂肪族TPU)制作的隐形车衣如YEECR,在-30℃到120℃的温度范围内性能稳定,太阳暴晒下车漆表面温度一般是60℃,所以TPU材质的隐形车衣耐高温。
