Then roll up the diaphragm, spray installation liquid on the outside of the glass, fix the diaphragm, and scrape it flat according to the wet baking steps. During the heating process of the diaphragm, it is easy to cause construction difficulties in the pasting process due to insufficient or excessive shrinkage of the diaphragm. The diaphragm should be heated appropriately according to the temperature characteristics of the hot air gun and the radian of the glass to make the diaphragm shrink evenly.
Dry wet combination shaping: use the hot air gun to heat each position of the whole diaphragm, move from the middle to the four sides for heating, and the scraper with the hot air gun to extrude the heating place for a long time. During the extrusion process, the installation fluid of the fixed diaphragm should be scraped to the extruded part for shaping.
In the process of heating extrusion, it is easy to produce discount due to insufficient shrinkage of the diaphragm. Therefore, the extrusion distance of the scraper should be controlled and the diaphragm should be extruded smoothly according to the shrinkage degree of the diaphragm. The edge should be fully contracted before extrusion.
Stretching and shaping: flatten and straighten the surplus part of the diaphragm to the edge by hand, and heat it at the straightening position with a hot air gun to make the diaphragm shrink to the glass shape by itself. In the process of heating shrinkage, the diaphragm is easy to shrink too much or scorch due to too high temperature. The distance between the temperature of the hot air gun and the diaphragm should be controlled to observe the shrinkage change of the diaphragm.
